Radica 20Q

On a 2 hundred mile journey it kept everyone entertained attempting to catch it out! All that you need to do is think about an object or thing and answer the questions which are scrolled on the little screen. An easy but clever concept, very well executed.

Some questions might be more obviously phrased and can be really tricky to respond. As an example, would you assert a banana is "flexible"? Does it roll? Is it straight? How about a dog - would you "use it daily" ( it has got a fixation with 'use' of things ) ? And occasionally Radica 20Q appears to waste questions.

It's quite engaging to see different peoples reactions to the same game. When i was younger i used to play the game "Animal, Mineral or Vegetable" which forms the root of the 20Q game. You played with a pal and one of you had to consider an object while the other had to raise questions to discover what it was.

The query answers on the Radica 20Q were restricted to yes or no answers.

This tiny device, not much larger than a ball, is brilliant for keeping children occupied on vehicle journeys, in waiting rooms etc for example.

As one with an eight-year-old child I would say this has shown to be a comical device but it's sensible to bear in mind that it's just a toy.

Must complement Amazon for delivering it so speedily just before Yuletide , as it was always planned to be a stocking filler and something to keep the youngsters occupied ( read : QUIET ) while I seek rest and recuperation.

On the positive side 20Q is an interesting unit. I also like the undeniable fact that it quickly switches itself off when not in use.

Radica 20Q is always going to throw up some fun questions and responses and therin lies the entertainment. It could be an incredibly socialable toy too.

It has so many options like is it an animal, plant, mineral, object or unknown? It has a choice to employ a back-light and you can select to use sound. The one thing that's barely bad is that it asks the same questions when you choose the class. Overall, I believe this is an excellent buy and it is excellent value for the cost. I'm so pleased I acquired it and I'm sure my buddies will be doing so shortly. The idea is straightforward enough ; it's kind of electronic gadget that plays 20 questions. Lovable , inexpensive and softly diverting.
