Radica 20 Questions Quiz

From the instant small purple baby was delivered, I knew we were going to be special buddies. Radica 20Q boasts that not only is he able to read my mind, he'll do it in twenty questions or under. All I need to do is think about an "every day" object and he'll ask me easy questions to help discern the secret thing I'm hiding in the deep recesses of my mind.

This small device, not too much larger than a golfing ball, is brilliant for keeping youngsters occupied on auto journeys, in waiting rooms etc for example.

There are no little parts or additonal items to become lost down seats or on the floor, there's a back light for when it becomes dark, it takes up barely any room and needs minimal movement.

Some questions may be more obviously phrased and can be terribly tough to respond.

It has so many options such as is it an animal, plant, mineral, object or unknown? It has a choice to employ a back light and you can opt to use sound. The single thing that's a touch bad is that it asks the same questions when you choose the class. Overall, I suspect this is an excellent buy and it is incredible value for the cost. I'm so satisfied I bought it and I'm sure my buddies will be doing so shortly. When i was younger i used to play the game "Animal, Mineral or Vegetable" which forms the foundation of the Radica 20Q game. You played with a pal and one of you had to consider an object while the other had to raise questions to discover what it was. The question answers were restricted to yes or no answers.

As one with an eight-year-old child I would say this has shown to be a comical device but it's good to bear in mind that it is just a toy. Must complement Amazon for delivering it so fast just before Xmas , as it was always planned to be a stocking filler and something to keep the kids occupied ( read : SILENT ) while I seek rest and recuperation.

On the and side 20Q is a nice looking unit. It sits nicely in your hand and is straightforward to operate.

The sound can be switched off, and there's a handy back-light for low light levels. I also like the undeniable fact that it quickly switches itself off when not in use. 20Q is always going to throw up some fun questions and responses and therin lies the amusement. It could be an amazingly socialable toy too.

I bought one of these as a novelty present, thinking it'd be tiny more than a stocking filler. Having had a untrustworthy go ( the package exposes the buttons so you can try it before opening it ), I am essentially keeping it and purchasing a few more for presents now! It's definitely addictive - I assumed of some strange items I was CONVINCED would throw it, but Radica 20Q is just too clever.
